Participants are added to each event's roster on a first come first served basis. 

RULES FOR RACERS

General Rules

  • All riders must use Kold Kutter Indoor screws

  • Entries are $25 per class, Pit Passes are $25.  Everybody entering the pits, must purchase a pit pass and sign our waiver.

  • A rider may do one practice start the first time they take to the ice for the evening. There will be a blue line in turn two off of the racing line.  All practice starts must be done behind this line.  Anyone doing a practice start in front of the line, or doing more than one practice start, will move to the penalty line.

  • No machine is to be started inside the arena until the designated “warm up time”  Anyone breaking this rule will be assigned to the penalty line for the entire evening in all classes.

 

Speedway

  1. Riders must be pre-entered.  Please do not turn up on the day of the event and expect to get a spot on the program.  

  2. Bikes can run on methanol or gasoline.  XiiR will provide methanol

  3. Bikes cannot have brakes.

  4. Bikes must have a tether kill switch

  5. Rear fender must extend below the rear axle.

 

Flat Track

  1. Class is limited to four stroke machines 250cc and up.

  2. Riders must be 14 years old.

  3. Front and rear fenders must extend below the respective axle 

  4. Tether kill switches are not required.

  5. Riders will ride two heats, and a main.  Scoring is done motocross style with 1 point for a win, 2 for second and so on.  The rider with the lowest point total will be on the pole, and gate picks will be assigned from there.  In the event of a tie, the second heat is the tie breaker.  If there is still a tie the first heat is the tie breaker.  If riders are still tied after that, we will look at who had the most firsts, seconds, thirds, etc.  If there is still a tie, a  coin toss will determine who gets the better gate pick.

  6. A maximum of eight riders will go to the main event

 

Pro Quad

  1. Class is limited to two or four stroke machines 250cc and up.

  2. There is no limit to the number of studs

  3. Riders must be 16 years old.

  4. Bikes must have a tether kill switch

  5. Nerf bars are strongly recommended

  6. Riders will be assigned a riding number during signup.

 

Amateur Quad

  1. Class is limited to two or four stroke machines 250cc and up.

  2. Max of 400 studs (total)

  3. Riders must be 15 years old.

  4. Bikes must have a tether kill switch

  5. Nerf bars are strongly recommended

  6. Riders will be assigned a riding number during signup.

 

Youth Quad

  1. Maximum of 125cc two or four strokes.

  2. Riders aged 5-14

  3. Bikes must have a tether kill switch

Youth Bike

  1. Maximum of 125cc four stroke or 85cc two stroke

  2. Riders aged 7-14

 

Pit Bike

  1. Open to air cooled four strokes up to 150cc

  2. Minimum age of 12

 

50cc Bike

  1. Open to two stroke and four stroke 50cc

  2. Riders aged 5-7

Scoring for Speedway and Pro Quad

The speedway and pro quad mains will have a maximum of six riders with two rows of three.  All riders will race two heats.  The top three in points will automatically qualify for the front row of the main event.  The next six riders will go to the LCQ, with the top three on row 1, and positions 4-6 on row 2.  The top three from the LCQ make up row 2 of the main.

 

Ties for last chance qualifier are broken as follows:

  1. Most 1sts in heats

  2. Most 2nds in heats

  3. Most 3rds in heats

  4. Most 4ths in heats

  5. Better result from last heads up heat race

  6. Coin toss

*Note for scoring: A fourth trumps a DNF, and a DNF trumps a DNS.

Promoter holds right to make changes to class structures or combine classes with the consensus of class participants/guardians. A minimum of 4 participants are needed to make a class. You are responsible for reading and abiding by the above rules stated in order to participate. Promoter holds the right to dismiss any participant or member of participants party from event, without refund, if class rules, pit rules, arena rules, or local ordinances are not met.
