2026 Live Forever Tour – Official Championship Rules
1. GENERAL OVERVIEW
The 2026 XIIR Live Forever Tour Championship program consists of three (3) Regional Championships and one Grand National Championship. This structure is designed to recognize regional excellence while rewarding riders who commit to competing across multiple regions on the national tour.
All championships are governed by the official XIIR Rulebook. Participation in any XIIR-sanctioned event constitutes acceptance of these championship rules.
2. REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
Regional Championships are determined by the combined championship points earned at designated tour events within each region. Riders are automatically entered into a Regional Championship by competing in an event within that region.
2.1 East Coast Regional Championship
The East Coast Regional Championship shall consist of points earned at the following events:

Portland, Maine

Kingston, Rhode Island
The East Coast Regional Champion shall be the rider with the highest cumulative point total from the above-listed events.
2.2 Midwest Regional Championship
The Midwest Regional Championship shall consist of points earned at the following events:

Loveland, Colorado
-
Colorado Springs, Colorado
-
Danville, Illinois
The Midwest Regional Champion shall be the rider with the highest cumulative point total from the above-listed events.
2.3 West Coast Regional Championship
The West Coast Regional Championship shall consist of points earned at the following events:

Stateline, Nevada
-
Everett, Washington
-
Idaho Falls, Idaho
The West Coast Regional Champion shall be the rider with the highest cumulative point total from the above-listed events.
3. REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP AWARDS
Each Regional Champion shall receive, at minimum:

Official XIIR Regional Champion designation
-
Championship trophy or plaque
-
Official series recognition
Additional awards, bonuses, or sponsor incentives may be announced by XIIR and are not guaranteed.
4. GRAND NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP

4.1 Purpose
The XIIR Grand National Championship is intended to identify the most consistent and committed rider across the entire Live Forever Tour.

4.2 Eligibility
-
Any rider who competes in events across ALL THREE regions shall be eligible for the Grand National Championship.
-
Riders are required to compete in all regions to be eligible.
Class Eligibility Restriction:
-
The Grand National Championship shall be contested only in the following classes:
-
Speedway
-
Pro Quad
-
Pro Flat Track
-
-
Points earned in any other classes shall not apply toward Grand National Championship standings.

4.3 Grand National Points Structure
-
The Grand National Championship shall be determined by the total cumulative points earned in all XIIR-sanctioned events attended by the rider during the Live Forever Tour.
-
There shall be no limit on the number of events that may count toward the Grand National Championship.

Riders who compete in additional events increase their opportunity to earn Grand National points.

Example: A rider competing in East Coast (2 events), Midwest (3 events), and West Coast (3 events) shall have all eight (8) event results applied toward their Grand National Championship total.
5. GRAND NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP AWARDS
The XIIR Grand National Champion shall receive, at minimum:

Official XIIR Grand National Champion designation
-
Premier Championship trophy
-
End-of-season series recognition
Additional awards, bonuses, or sponsor incentives may be announced by XIIR and are not guaranteed.
6. EVENT POINTS STRUCTURE
6.1 Main Event Points
Championship points for all XIIR-sanctioned events shall be awarded based on Main Event finishing position as follows:
Finishing Position- Points Awarded
1st Place- 25 points
2nd Place- 20 points
3rd Place- 16 points
4th Place- 13 points
5th Place- 11 points
6th Place- 10 points
7th Place (FT ONLY)- 8 points
8th Pace (FT ONLY)- 6 points
9th Place (FT ONLY)- 4 points
10th Place (FT ONLY)- 2 points
6.2 Points Eligibility

All championship points shall be awarded only at officially sanctioned XIIR events.
-
Disqualifications, penalties, or exclusions may result in loss of points at the discretion of XIIR officials.
6.3 Championship Tie-Breakers
In the event of a tie in total points for any Regional or Grand National Championship, the following tie-breaker criteria shall be applied in order:

Most Main Event wins
-
Most podium finishes (1st–3rd)
-
Best finishing position in the final championship event
-
Lowest average Main Event finishing position
-
Determination by XIIR officials
6.5 Interpretation and Authority
-
All points calculations and championship standings shall be determined by XIIR officials.
-
XIIR reserves the right to interpret, amend, or clarify these points rules at any time in the interest of fairness, safety, and competition integrity.
-
All championship determinations are subject to final approval by Xtreme International Ice Racing.
7. RULES FOR RACERS
7.1 General Rules
7.1.1 Stud Requirements
-
All Adult classes must use Kold Kutter Indoor Silver Rocket screws only.
-
Youth classes and Pit Bike classes may use any screw provided by Kold Kutter.
7.1.2 Entry Fees & Pit Passes
-
Rider entry fee: $30 per class.
-
Pit pass fee: $30 per person.
-
All rider entries and pit passes are cash-only transactions at the event.
-
Every person entering the pit area must purchase a pit pass and sign the event insurance waiver.
7.1.3 Practice Starts
-
Each rider is permitted one (1) practice start the first time they take to the ice for the evening.
-
A designated orange line in Turn Two, off the racing line, will be marked for practice starts.
-
All practice starts must occur behind the orange line.
-
Any rider performing a practice start in front of the orange line, or performing more than one practice start, shall be assigned to the penalty line.
7.1.4 Track & Infield Infractions
-
Any rider who touches the carpet during a heat race or final event shall be penalized one (1) finishing position in scoring.
7.1.5 Machine Warm-Up
-
No machine may be started inside the arena until the designated warm-up time, typically 30 minutes before show start time.
-
Any rider violating this rule shall be assigned to the penalty line for the entire evening, in all entered classes.
7.2 Speedway Class Rules
7.2.1 Pre-Entry
-
Riders must be pre-entered. Riders who arrive on race day without pre-entry are not guaranteed a position on the program.
7.2.2 Fuel
-
Machines may run methanol or gasoline.
-
XIIR may provide methanol at select events.
7.2.3 Brakes
-
Speedway motorcycles must not be equipped with brakes.
7.2.4 Safety Equipment
-
A functional tether kill switch is mandatory.
-
Rear fender must extend below the rear axle.
7.2.5 Stud Requirement
-
Must use Kold Kutter Indoor Silver Rocket screws only.
7.3 Flat Track Class Rules
7.3.1 Machines
-
Machines are limited to four-stroke engines, 250cc and above.
7.3.2 Age
-
Minimum rider age: 14 years old.
7.3.3 Fenders
-
Front and rear fenders must extend below their respective axles.
7.3.4 Kill Switch
-
Tether kill switches are not required.
7.3.5 Stud Requirement
-
Kold Kutter Indoor Silver Rocket screws only.
7.4 Pro Quad Class Rules
7.4.1 Machines
-
Machines limited to two-stroke or four-stroke engines, 250cc and above.
7.4.2 Stud Limit
-
No limit on the number of studs.
7.4.3 Age
-
Minimum rider age: 16 years old.
7.4.4 Kill Switch
-
Functional tether kill switch is mandatory.
7.4.5 Nerf Bars
-
Nerf bars are strongly recommended.
7.4.6 Heat Line Up
-
Riders shall draw for heat race line-up position at sign-up.
7.4.7 Stud requirement
Kold Kutter Indoor Silver Rocket screws only.
7.5 Amateur Quad Class Rules
7.5.1 Machines
-
Machines limited to two-stroke or four-stroke engines, 250cc and above.
7.5.2 Stud Limit
-
Maximum of 400 studs total.
7.5.3 Age
-
Minimum rider age: 15 years old.
7.5.4 Kill Switch
-
A functional tether kill switch is mandatory.
7.5.5 Nerf Bars
-
Nerf bars are strongly recommended.
7.5.6 Rider Number
-
Riders may be assigned a riding number during sign-up.
7.5.7 Stud Requirement
Kold Kutter Indoor Silver Rocket screws only.
7.6 Youth & Support Classes
7.6.1 Youth Quad
-
Maximum engine size: 125cc (two- or four-stroke)
-
Rider age: 5–14 years old
-
Tether kill switch required
-
May use any Kold Kutter-provided screw
7.6.2 Youth Bike
-
Maximum engine size: 125cc four-stroke or 85cc two-stroke
-
Rider age: 7–14 years old
-
May use any Kold Kutter-provided screw
7.6.3 Pit Bike

Air-cooled four-stroke engines up to 150cc
-
Minimum rider age: 12 years old

May use any Kold Kutter-provided screw
7.6.4 50cc Bike

Open to two-stroke and four-stroke 50cc machines

Rider age: 5–8 years old

7.6.5 Electric Motorcycle

Open to fully electric motorcycles and dirt bikes

Minimum rider age: 12 years old

7.7 SCORING FOR MAIN EVENT
7.7.1 Main Event Structure for Speedway and Pro Quad
-
Speedway and Pro Quad mains shall have a maximum of six (6) riders, arranged in two rows of three.
-
All riders shall compete in two (2) heats.
-
The top three riders in points shall automatically qualify for Row 1 of the main event.
-
The next six riders shall advance to the Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ):
-
LCQ Row 1: top 3 riders
-
LCQ Row 2: positions 4–6
-
-
The top three finishers from the LCQ shall fill Row 2 of the main event.
7.7.2 Main Event Structure for Pro Flat Track
-
Riders will compete in two (2) heat races and one (1) main event.
-
Heat race scoring follows speedway scoring:
-
3 point for 1st, 2 points for 2nd, 1 points for 3rd, and 0 points for 4th.
-
-
The rider with the highest combined heat race score earns pole position for the main event.
-
A maximum of eight (8) riders shall advance to the main event.
7.8 LCQ Tie-Breakers
ALL ties shall be broken with a random ball draw at scoring after the second round of heat racing is completed.
Note: A fourth-place finish outranks a DNF, and a DNF outranks a DNS.
7.9 Race Day Information
-
Arrive at the arena by the posted load-in time.
-
Indoor pits cannot be guaranteed at all events; prepare for climate and weather.
-
Pit pass and final race entry transactions will take place on race day.
-
Race sign-up closes two (2) hours before show time.
-
Rider meeting will be held one (1) hour before show start.
7.10 Promoter Notice & Authority
-
Promoter reserves the right to modify or combine classes with the consensus of participants/guardians.
-
A minimum of four (4) participants is required to constitute a class.
-
Participants are responsible for reading and abiding by these rules.
-
Promoter reserves the right to remove any participant or member of their party without refund for failure to comply with class, pit, arena, or local rules.
